We offer shipping to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.

Orders are shipped with Fastway. 

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1-2 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM

(GMT - Greenwich Mean Time) Domestic order Handling time is 0-1 business day (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Cost: 

Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email.

We reserve the right to change these conditions for exceptionally large or heavy items or items of a hazardous nature. We will keep you posted of any changes to the best of our ability.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@mchalecaravans.ie or Call Us at +353 (094) 903 2082

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy

Parcels Damaged In Transit: 

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
